"I have listed my timeshare 3 times with different listing companies to sell my timeshare. How is your company different?"
We don't sell timeshares and we don't promise to sell timeshares. We are not a listing or resale company. If you accept our offer, then we assume title and all responsibility for maintenance fees, taxes and assessments from this day forward. We encourage our clients to never pay an upfront listing fee company to sell their timeshare.  Virtually all of these listing companies list your timeshare online where it is like finding a needle in a haystack to locate your listing.
  
"I have inherited my parents timeshare. I don't want it, and I don't want to pay the maintenance fees. How do I get out of this?"
First of all, you may get a call from your property developer now that the title has changed into your name asking you to upgrade to their global platinum points system for $10,000. Do not do this. "I have stopped paying the maintenance fees. Is it true that they can put a lien on my house?"
Yes, they certainly can do this. You are probably referring to a Default Judgment. It can include fees, late fees, interest, court costs, attorney fees and a lien on your house/primary residence. Not paying the fees due can also cause you to have bad credit for many years. It would be best to make your maintenance fees current and explore other alternatives.  Speak with one of our Representatives who will give you an additional option to get out of your timeshare and save you tens of thousands of dollars.

"I have already paid several listing companies between $199 to $1,000 upfront, who promised to list and sell my timeshare, but then did nothing! Do you do the same thing?"
No, we DO NOT! We are NOT a listing or resale company. Timesharescape DOES NOT charge Listing, Appraisal or Advertising fees.  We do not sell timeshares. What we do specialize in is getting owners OUT of their timeshares, forever.  The property is transferred out of your name and you are no longer responsible for all of the financial burdens associated with timeshare ownership.

"I still owe money on my timeshare. Can I still sign up in your program?"
Unfortunately, no. Your timeshare must be fully paid for, and all fees and assessments must be current.

“Are my children going to be subjected to inheriting my timeshare?”
As the most likely heirs to your estate, they most likely will inherit your timeshare and all associated costs unless you legally transfer the ownership to someone else.

“Will my name be taken off of the deed?”
Yes, ownership is legally transferred. Title is transferred via Deed, Membership, Lease, Assignment, according to and required by the resort’s official governing documents (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions).

"I have points banked with RCI. Do I get to keep those points after I sign up in your program?"
Yes, you do! Any points or weeks that you have space-banked you get to keep. And our transfer process will not affect any existing reservations.

"Do you accept all timeshares?"

"How long does it take for Timesharescape to transfer my timeshare out of my name?"
Transfers are usually completed within 8 to 12 weeks. Transfers are completed by a premiere third party company that specializes in timeshare transfers. They are a licensed, insured, and bonded title and transfer company.  

"When are you going to be in my area so I can meet with one of your Representatives?"
